Controller and contact
Identify the legal entity that decides how personal data is used, its registered address, privacy contact and any appointed representative before launch. The current product draft has no verified company identity.
Information used
The service may handle account identifiers, contact and registrant details, domain names, support messages, security events, order metadata and payment-provider references. Payment card details should be collected and processed by the payment provider rather than stored by CometName.
Purposes and providers
Document the purposes, legal bases, retention periods and recipients for account operation, supplier registration, payment, fraud prevention, support, security, analytics and legally required disclosures. Identify the actual hosting, database, registrar, email and payment processors, their locations and transfer safeguards.
Retention and rights
Set retention schedules for account, domain, financial, support and security records. Explain how people can exercise rights, object, complain to a regulator where applicable, or request account deletion, subject to domain, financial and legal record obligations.
Security and international transfers
Describe only controls that have been implemented and verified. Confirm the applicable data-protection laws, breach procedures, subprocessors and international transfer mechanisms before this notice is published.
Cookies and updates
Inventory required and optional cookies and analytics before adding them. Explain how this notice is versioned and how material changes will be communicated.
