Protect your account with a unique password and an inbox only you can access. CometName support will never need your password or a sign-in code.
Use a password that you do not reuse on other sites. Keep access to your verified email address, since account messages may be sent there.
Use the password reset flow from the sign-in page. Follow the message sent to your account email and choose a new, unique password.
Request a password resetReset your password from a trusted device and contact support. Do not send a password, verification link, or one-time code in a support ticket.
